It is our goal at Plush Nails & Spa to provide our customers with the finest service and most relaxing, rejuvenating experience possible.

We have provided the information below for your comfort and benefit.

Sanitation
In the interest of sanitation, health and safety practices, we provide personal nail kits (buffer/files/cuticle clippers) to our customers for an additional $1.00 fee. All manicure and pedicure equipment, tubs and chairs are thoroughly sanitized in compliance with Texas State Board of Cosmetology.

Health Issues
We request that you inform us of any current injury or illness prior to any procedures or treatment(s). This is to ensure proper care and treatment(s) are given and to ensure that scheduled treatments do not, in any way, interfere with or exacerbate any medical challenges or issues you may have. Our clients’ well-being is of utmost importance to us.

Check-In
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you have time to relax and enjoy the full time alloted for your scheduled treatment. Services may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals. However, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule services.

Cancellation
We respectfully ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice for services so that someone else can be scheduled in your place. Deposits received on Group Party reservations will not be refunded if appointments are not cancelled 48 hours in advance or are missed without prior notification.

Returned Checks
There is a $35 fee for each returned check.

Gift Certificates
A gift certificate to Plush Nails & Spa is a great way to treat your friends and loved ones! They are sure to leave feeling pampered and relaxed after their time with us!

All gift certificates will expire one year from purchase date. No refund or exchange for cash. In store credit only. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of services and are only valid for the person receiving or purchasing. 24 hour cancellation notice is required on all services and 48 hours for multiple services or group packages

Personal Belongings:

Management will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on the premise

Children in the store

Parent/ guardians please watch your children, no running or playing in the store. We will not accept responsibility for any incidents happening in the store.
